Our story begins in 2009, when Hamid S. Burnett started working in pest control in New York City, one of the most demanding environments in the industry. Those early years shaped a careful, detail-focused approach that still defines how we operate today.

Over more than fifteen years of hands-on experience, Hamid worked in both residential and commercial settings, learning how pest behavior changes based on structure type, environment, and seasonal conditions. This experience reinforced one core belief: no two pest problems are the same, and effective solutions require careful analysis and honest communication.
